I need help for PAN card?

Hello I have one suggestion that a very simple way to be PAN card holder that you may go to the nearest office of any Share Market......... and its about 95 to 100 Rs. charges and filling a form then after about 15 or 20 Days your PAN card is posted at your home address...................
