Who knows how to make a japanese seaweed salad with a type of green neon seaweed called ao-tosaka nori?

I can definitely taste ginger and vinegar. The color on the seaweed is not opaque green like when you boil it, its almost like neon green, I think i know the type of seaweed I need I just dont know how to prepare it, should i boil it like the rest of the other seaweeds?
