What can i do to make my hair dry straight!?

okay so when my hair AIR dries its frizzy with like a little wave and when i sleep on it it has less frizz and more wave! but i want it to just AIR DRY straight like when i get out of the pool it will just dry striaght! is there any technique i can use to make it dry straight or any product??
