Will we see Microsoft buy out Crytek?

Crytek is a 3rd party studio for Microsoft, like Epic games. However, look at this. Cryteks Ryse is a 369 kinect exclusive. also, warface is exclusive for Microsoft Windows. And finally, Timesplitters 4 is exclusive to the Next-Gen xbox. Even more, Microsoft is overseeing all of Cryteks work and moved crytek Budapest to a different location, they even renamed crytek Budapest to Crytek Frankfurt. Do you think Microsoft is getting ready to buy out Crytek, or at least some sort of branch from it?
