Pain in my left abdomen. why?

Ao a few days ago I experienced in my words a fluid flush. I was standing talking with my friends and It felt like I peed myself. I went to the bathroom and it was a bunch of discharg that was clear along with a little bit of white. I also went to the bathroom another time and wiped and had a chunky of gooey clear discharge, like jelly. Now yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night and had pain in my lower abdomen on the left side. The pain went away but it is now happening again. What could this be??
