Question for male scorpios please reply?

ok i have a question if you fell for someone and you made it known that you loved the person and feelings were mutual would you still love the person even if you were shy around eachother and barely ever talked but you still had that connection with eachother through one anothers eyes? i can tell he wants to talk to me and hug me but we are always shy around eachother he waves or says hi or bye but thats it we mostly stare into eachothers eyes it's almost like no words are needed sorry if this is long..
