Is it normal to have this type of vaginal discharge?

You shoul be fine. Mine is the same, and I get it everyday atleast. Normal discharge is a white, clear, and/or yellow, and as for the smell it can be because you are sweating or because it has been sitting so long in your underwhere that it will give off an odor due to oxygen eposure. Just like when you sweat under your arms...the reason for BO is because your sweat is coming into contact with the air and gives off a smell. I think you are going through a normal experience. And as for not getting your period..every women is different. Talk with you mom and you doctor. It should be on its way soon, your 15. :D
