Im scared to go in the store and buy pads?

Ok so i just a few monthes ao and just got pads at walmart. So there is like noone i know at the walmart so i was fine with it. But i need more so i asked my mom and she said she has to go to target anyways. I hate the target at my hometown it is so busy. I usally see like 10 people i know there and the pads and tampons are like right in the front at the checkout. So im scared. There is like nobody ever in that eile. Please help. Plus i need tampons for swimming and my mom says no since i never used them before. So what do i do. I need them and we have to go to target for food and stuff too. So what do i do. Uhgghggghjhghghg
