I still like my ex friend and we have not spoken for 3 months and 2 weeks?

we used to be good friends but me and him had an arguement and we havent spoken for 3months and 2 weeks. i used to like him and i still do. i seriously miss talkin to him but i can never speek to him. i tried 2 months ao but i got no reply and he didnt talk to me. but my friends have told me he has been lookin at me and at the bus stop to as we get the same buss. my best friend told me he once made puppydog eyes at me and i dont have a clue wat to do. he denied it when my friends askd him y he kept lookin at me. please help me
